Organic BBQ Rub
It is a combination of brown sugar, paprika ,black pepper, salt, chilli powder, garlic powder, onion powder and cayenne pepper.
A mixture of seasoning and flavouring ingredients which are applied to outside of meat before cooking.
It is not used in case of grilling.
Salt should be added later on ,not exactly in the rub.
To prevent cross contamination, spinkling on the rub and rubbing of rug should be done with different hands.
Plastic wrap should be avoided as it stucks to the rub and pulls it off.
